Previously the director of an image processing R&D lab at the French Ministry of Defense, Michel Artières is the current President and CEO of Ateme. Having co-founded Ateme in 1991, Michel is responsible for defining and executing the company’s growth strategy (organic expansion, mergers & acquisitions, transition to recurrent business models) and creating value for the shareholders, while inspiring employees and environmental engagement (personal growth, greening of video streaming). Michel received his engineering degree with a specialization in signal processing, from top university CentraleSupélec in Paris.

Joining Ateme in 2005 as Field Application Engineer, Remi Beaudouin currently leads the corporate team’s global strategic and marketing initiatives as Chief Strategy Officer, helping to ensure Ateme keeps pace with solutions and engagement model innovations. Leveraging the company’s recognized core expertise in video compression and CDN, he develops key strategic partnerships, expands Ateme’s portfolio of video delivery solutions, and continuously disrupts the Pay-TV and media and entertainment markets with new concepts based on hybrid, on-premise, and cloud technologies.
Remi holds a Master of Science in signal processing from ENSEIRB-MATMECA, Bordeaux, and a LEAD Corporate Innovation certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Head of the Controlling Department at Ateme since the merger with Anevia, Véronique Coulmann oversees Ateme subsidiaries, determines consolidated revenues, and implemented the Netsuite ERP. From 2014 to 2021, she was CFO at Anevia, where she implemented SAP ByDesign and established rigorous cost and cash management. Previously, she was CFO for Ipanema Technologies, where she organized the finance department to help this French start up to grow their revenue from 500 K€ to 30 M€ with the creation of different subsidiaries all over the world. Véronique began her career at Amdahl, a US company selling mainframes where she got trained to all the various aspects of finance for 10 years. She holds a degree from Sup de Co Poitiers and the D.E.S.C.F as well as an MBA from Seattle U and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rejoined Ateme in October 2024, Benoit Fouchard currently oversees the company’s global operations as Chief Operations Officer. Previously, Benoit was with Ateme from 2001 to 2015, where he served as Head of Sales and, starting in 2010, led the company’s product and growth strategy. Before rejoining Ateme, Benoit held a country manager role with the Manufacturing Intelligence division of Hexagon AB, a technology group headquartered in Stockholm. Benoit graduated from HEC Paris and CEMS, bringing a strong academic foundation and extensive industry experience to his role at Ateme.

As Senior VP of Latin America, Gilmar Luna leads Ateme’s sales and operations for the Latin American and Caribbean markets. He brings two decades of experience to this role, which he developed both within Ateme and outside, having led a substantial video operations team in the United States.
Gilmar joined Ateme’s Sao Paulo office in 2017 as the Director of Engineering for Latin America, and five years later assumed the position of Country Manager for Mexico, where he orchestrated a remarkable increase in Ateme’s market share and revenue. His strategic management skills and his passion for providing solutions and building strong relationships with customers were instrumental in his ascent within Ateme’s leadership team.
Gilmar holds a diploma in Networking and Telecommunications from Brazil’s UNESA and is certified in Project Management from Stanford University in the USA.

Having joined Ateme in 2021, Jim Marino currently oversees the entire region as Senior Vice President & General Manager of North America. His executive role has him managing all the sales and customer engineering -pre-sales, support, deployment- functions throughout the North American market.
Prior to joining Ateme, Jim held sales leadership positions in various media tech companies, including Harmonic and Velocix. He holds a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.

Frédéric Pasquier began his career with Ateme as Product Owner, moving on as Director of Product & Solutions, and currently holds the title of Senior VP of Engineering. Highly experienced in Research & Development, telecommunications, and product ownership, Frédéric manages the day-to-day operations of over 200 engineers and works with multiple teams to ensure the objectives, operational processes, and recruitment strategies run smoothly. In addition to a diploma in Technological Studies (DiT) from IUT Nantes and a computer engineering degree from Polytech’ Tours, Frédéric also holds a master’s in computer science from ISAIP Angers.

Dr. Mickaël Raulet is CTO at Ateme, where he drives research and innovation with various collaborative R&D projects. He represents Ateme in several standardization bodies: ATSC, DVB, 3GPP, ISO/IEC, ITU, MPEG, DASH-IF, CMAF-IF, SVA and Ultra HD Forum. Additionally, he is the author of numerous patents and more than 100 conference and scientific journal papers. In 2006, he received his Ph.D. from INSA in electronic and signal processing, in collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric ITE (Rennes, France).

He has strong experience in strategy and value creation, gained during his five years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Paris. There, he helped numerous clients develop and implement value creation plans for their shareholders, particularly through his in-depth knowledge of financial management and communication mechanisms. Pierre graduated as an engineer from Centrale Paris, specializing in material physics.

Beginning his career at STMicroelectronics, Vincent developed TV technologies in close collaboration with leading customers in the Middle East and China and worked on early versions of HbbTV in Europe while at Philips and RDK. In addition, he founded a machine learning start-up, creating and licensing award-winning AI products to major media companies in 40+ countries.
Vincent also holds an MSEE from INSA Lyon and an MBA from INSEAD as well as four international patents.
